The DeepTarget technology was conceived and first developed over four years ago by technology and product specialists who had recently been with Raddon Financial Group.
At Raddon, they saw an unmet need for customers who had an abundant availability of marketing analytics and customer information but no platform or avenue to utilize this information in targeted and personalized marketing. Based on this unmet requirement, these specialists left Raddon to create an innovative new technology that could easily present offers to account holders of online banking within credit unions and banks.

Preetha Pulusani, CEO
Prior to her current role, Preetha Pulusani was Joint Managing Director of Rolta India Limited, a global Mumbai-headquartered company with over 5000 employees worldwide. She was responsible for their product development, software services and Oracle practice. She also served as CEO of AdeptMedia through 2007.
In February 2006, Preetha culminated a career spanning more than 25 years of service in the geospatial software domain before retiring from Intergraph Corporation. At that time, she was serving as President of Security, Government and Infrastructure (SG&I), a business unit with annual revenues of over $400 million. During her twenty-five year career at Intergraph, Preetha had many roles - in product development, marketing and worldwide responsibility for various business units, all of which she sees have helped prepare her for her own entrepreneurial dream.
Preetha was awarded the Alabama Top IT Executive recognition in 2007. When not working, she enjoys reading and not exercising. Preetha is married and is the proud mom of three sons.
Jeremy Peel, CTO and COO
Jeremy, in his current role, brings to our team more than a decade of experience in the Database Marketing industry; he has been programming computers since he was a teenager and created a simple video game on his Commodore 64.
His expertise in combining technological savvy with real world business sense in customer support and customer support management provided Customer Insight Company’s and then Experian Database Marketing solutions’ customers with exceptional support in their database marketing projects. Jeremy then combined this support experience with his love for computer programming when he joined Raddon Financial Group’s Integrator development team where he co-managed RFG’s top development initiative.
After leaving RFG, Jeremy joined aaBeck Technology Group where he architected the DeepTarget marketing software application. Jeremy attended Metropolitan State College of Denver. He loves political debate, reading, and writing—and he’s currently working on two novels in his spare time. He also has a beautiful wife, who is his inspiration, and three wonderful children, who teach him every day that sometimes it’s OK to color outside the lines.
Desi Desiderio, VP of Sales
Desi has a marketing and technical background. His software and media experience makes him an ideal candidate to appreciate and apply the benefits of Insight Driven Digital Marketing.
He was Marketing Director for MSC International, a hardware and software reseller as well as Project Manager for the first Global Software Catalog. His media career started as Sales Manager for Trader Publishing (Cox/Landmark Media).He was the Ad Director for The Birmingham Business Journal and The Birmingham Weekly. He was Sales Supervisor and Trainer for The Huntsville Times (Newhouse) and Associate Publisher for Business Alabama & Technology Alabama magazines (PMT Publishing).
He is also the author of Street Smart Sales and has been a guest speaker and conducted trainings in sales, marketing and communicative skills for associations, educational institutions and other diverse organizations. He’s also a wild keyboard player!
Tom Spindle, Marketing and Customer Services Lead
Tom currently serves as the lead for Marketing and Customer Services. In that role, he designs and manages the company website and all its marketing collateral, as well as oversees new client implementations, the monthly data processing, and reporting.
Tom has lived all over the U.S.A., from California to Rhode Island and several places in between (all without the help of the military!).
Prior to his current employment, Tom worked as the studio manager of a commercial photography studio in Los Angeles. In 2007, he graduated from Brigham Young University in Provo, UT with a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in photography. Tom loves books and music and plays the clarinet and guitar. He is also absolutely crazy about his family. He has been married for 9 years to a person he describes as his favorite person on the planet, and as he says, they have the three most adorable children ever to walk the earth.
Jennifer Peel, Office Manager
As Office Manager she oversees benefits and payroll administration, as well as coordinating the office's operations and procedures. In addition, she is responsible for all customer training and customer support for DeepTarget Email. Jennifer is also our resident press coordinator and she uses her terrific writing and marketing skills by being a great contributor to our blog with her insightful posts. "Office Manager" is a rather weak title for everything she does – including keeping everyone here in check!
Jennifer's background is in the Financial and Insurance Industries. At Norwest Bank she held several positions including, Supervisor, Key Banking Assistant, and Trainer. At State Farm she was a Life and Long-term Care Specialist. In this position she worked directly with the agent on marketing and sales initiatives. These initiatives made them one of the top selling offices in the state of Colorado. She has studied at MCSD in Denver as well as UA Huntsville. She is currently studying psychology and pre MBA at UA Huntsville. Her greatest work and accomplishments are being a wife and a mother to three terrific children. She enjoys being involved in all of her children’s activities and schooling. And outside of DeepTarget, her other interests include being an avid reader, scrapbooking and cooking.
