The Online Services feature allows you to access other financial services such as Check Ordering and Accessories, Brokerage, Credit Card, and/or Statement Processors without having to login again. Depending on the services offered by your Financial Institution, accessing these services may now be accomplished from your Internet session.
From any Internet service screen, click the Online Services primary navigation button. The Online Services screen appears. The services available to you from your Financial Institution are listed on the Online Services screen. Use your scroll bar (as applicable) to view all the available services offered.
Read the disclaimer at the bottom of the page.
Note: Your Financial Institution Online Services may contain an account menu field. If you have several accounts (e.g., Saving, Checking, Line of Credit, Auto Loans, etc.) with your Financial Institution, these accounts may be seen when you click on this field. You will use this field to identify the account that is targeted for the service selected.
Click the Account menu field (if displayed) and highlight the account associated with the service you would like to initiate. For example, if you wish to re-order checks, then you would select you're checking account number in the account menu field.
Select the service by clicking the Enter button within the service requested. For example, select Check Re-Ordering. The Enter button launches the service requested.
A message appears informing you that you are about to send information to a third party vendor. If you wish to proceed, click the OK button. If not, click the Cancel button to start over.
Note: A third party vendor generally refers to an entity your Financial Institution has contracted to provide Online Services.
After clicking the OK button, a new browser screen appears displaying the online service selected.
Proceed to navigate the service selected.
If after accessing the service you require additional help, click the Help button found within the service selected.
When you have finished your session with the third party vendor, simply close the third party vendor's browser or switch to the Internet service browser to continue your Internet service session. Your Internet service session may time out while you are accessing the third party vendor, so you may have to log into Internet service once again. This is done to protect your assets and financial information.
