The first webinar in the series is titled “Turn Your Slogan Into Reality.” It will focus on how an FI can be proactive in indentifying and then addressing an account holder’s needs to generate revenue; how to use all touch points and marketing channels to communicate with relevancy, and changing an order taking culture to a sales-oriented one.
